This is not a recession, this is where ur thyroid bone is to far up, meaning u will look fat from the side giving u a bad jawline (easy cheap surgery possible for this fix)
OR
U might have to little space in ur maxilla and u should get an MSE(orthodontic intervention) I can’t tel for sure since ur maxilla looks fine*
