recessed mandible?

my jaw looks fine from the front, I would say its one of my better features tbh
but from the side its a little recessed and I don't know if its my lips in conjunction to it, but to myself my side profile looks like a little ape or something idfk
its even worse also due to the fat deposits

My upper incisors do sit on front of my lower incisors, though its not really that big of a difference but I guess I do have a slight overbite.
Is it worth the surgery?
