Does recessed maxila affect other parts of the face? Can somebody have recessed maxilla and hollow cheeks/full lips and high cheekbones with good brow ridge and straight nose?

They can have high cheekbones, straight nose, and hollow cheeks. They will have worse lips, eyes, etc

Yes if you have short face syndrome, the only ones who have Chad lite potential when doing bimax. All the good transformations are from short faces
