Whenever I mew I get bite marks on the sides of my tongue, I read someone saying that if this happens your palate isn’t wide enough and idk if there’s a way I can fix this but I just wanted to ask for help, I’m 13 but idk if anything I do will help.

well.. is your palate wide enough to fit your tongue or not?

if its not you're probably young enough to get some rapid palatal expansion done and do some hardcore thumb pulling to pull ur maxilla forward

i'd suggest u consult with a good blackpilled ortho before u get ur life ruined by a bluepill retard

How:

- Rapid maxillary expander (orthodontist)
- Mini-implant assisted rapid palatal expansion (orthodontist)
- proper tongue posture (not mewing just lay it flat)
- nose breathing not mouth breathing
- chewing tough foods

If you’re actual able to go to the orthodontist do that asap before your teenage growth spurts come.

it is wide enough but I just get some bite marks on the edges of my tongue which is what I’m concerned about, idk if it’s already over for me and my mom says I shouldn’t get a palate expander, do you know anything I could do?
