Unless you're a genetic freak or have some sort of syndrome these 2 are basically mutually exclusive? Or do you mean an underbite? Overbite is maxillary biting too far in front of mandibular, underbite is the other way around. Invisalign can also only do so much in regards to maxillary projection, you're better off getting RPHG, or an advancement osteotemy if you're 20+. Upvote 0 Downvote
