Recessed maxilla/chin at 15

15yo with a recessed chin do I still have time I got regular braces my pallet is okay so they don’t want to give me a expander but my maxilla is still flat to the point where my face looks droopy downwards
Anything I can do other than surgery I don’t wana wait till 18
