Recessed means retruding further back behind mandible. You don't seem to have that especially considering your nose is upturned, but it does appear ur upper maxilla is not very projected relative to the bottom part, evident by you having a negative orbital vector. Would need midface implants or lefort 3 but you can't get lefort 3 for aesthetics

You seem pretty young, I wouldn’t worry about this.

Start chewing daily with Canines and premolars you should notice a change.

And of course the basic copes like mewing, posture, Ect…

get a job, maybe 2. save up money for maxillary osteotomy
