What to do about recessed orbitals and a flat maxilla at 16.

Not Ortho, literally the jewish of this industry, they benefit from extractions and braces mostly and don't attack the root of the problem which is recession, go straight up to a Maxfac, but for that he needs money, i assume he doesn't come from a wealthy family that can pay for orthognathic surgery

yea I got ortho young and it saved me from being a subhuman. He needs something to bring his maxilla forward BUT that would take hella dedication and time and these newgen greycels and not gonna do that rofl

Ortho fucked me up, gave me braces to match my bite and it recessed me even more, he needs to see a maxfac because he is also talking about recessed orbitals, even if not, a Maxfac needs an ortho in most cases but he should be leading, not the other way around

Chill I’m not a grey cell, but no I’m willing to put dedication and time and effort into trying to get something from the orthodontists. I already have an excuse because during night I use mouth tape and I’m not able to breath. So boom that alone, not being able to get enough sleep, and that is effecting my academics. I’m just going to tell them that and hopefully insurance takes care of it.

I think I was born with recessed orbitals which if that’s the case, it’s over. And only surgery can help.

Alright, I don’t think my palate is narrow so palate expander is out the way hopefully a MARPE or something for forward growth.

i recommend wait until 18 and get a surgery because you cant fix that
