my doctor says i’m around 2 years behind on my bones
if ur sure i will recommend u cardio trainings 1-1.5 hours daily 4x a week and eat A LOT OF FRUITS and also carrost, u need hard food diet to force your mandible growth, do neck trainings such as chin tucks or neck curls and mew 24/7 and hard mewing whenever u can, i would not u pin peptites or sum shi like test because it can ruin ur health so u can take my tips and dont skip any trainings if u really want to change ur life

that’s basically what i have been doing now because i realized i have some time left and shouldn’t waste it, preciate it also do u have pics of a recessed maxilla? because to me it dont seem like i got one

n the second picture my whole face is heavily inflamed because i’m sick, my eye area does not look like that normally neither does my face

i had late puberty too so i see ur potential u can change

u should work on all bones, i believe u will get forward growth, ur maxilla is not the only bad feature, gl bro and do my tips, do not waste ur time please
