Recessed maxilla what to do

Here’s a couple pics , I don’t wanna do a jaw surgery so woudl marpe / mse still fix this problem to a fairly significant degree ?

Yeah that’s what I mean , I understand surgery is ideal as it fixes it completely but considering my recession isn’t too significant do you not think mse would be a good choice to make anyway ? I’m planning on getting some filler to the under eyes as my infras are reccessed as well . Anyway I appreciate your replies

the main thing i noticed was the lack of coloring in the eyebrows you could search the best of the best for answers on that or ask here i dont really know how to help you there and your quite new here when a person replies something useful or funny to your post you press the thumbs up with the plus sign by it( just a little advice ) but honestly bro i dont really see much that would need to be fixed you mog me bro

Here’s a pic , bare in mind this is me trying to make a good pic so it doesn’t seem as bad but my infras are a bit recessed , I think the fact my cheekbones are quite high for some reason doesn’t help as it causes eye bags so I was thinking slight filler to cheeks as well as under eyes to fix this , what’s your opinion

yeah no worries bro i was also new here a while i ago just trying to help out new people here https://looksmax.org/threads/the-eye-area-manual.1936128/ go to the eyebrow section read up on these diffrent ones i would not reccomend surgery as the first option i guess you know hardmax and softmax and tbh softmaxxing would help you in this area not worth the surgery since you actually have hairs there just not very visible ones so one of these ones ofc research them before trying them to see if they suit you and your needs but it is a good start there if you just head over to the best of the best section there are top tier guides for anything there take care man just pm me if you need help with anything

Love for that man I will do when I get time to look into it tomorrow, I’m currently on minoxidil as that should help with eyebrows and I have this like eyebrow couloring stick which is good but it is obviously temporary as it’s basically make up . But appreciate you bro

Do you count mse as surgery tho do you lot think that may be worth it ? Anyway I’ve uploaded a front pic on this thread if you can see that . What’s your opinion on my infras , they are a bit reccessed and because my cheekbones are quite high it causes eye bags even more I think . My plan is getting mild filler to the cheeks for support as well as my under eyes what is your opinion ?

So you think a lefort is more beneficial that mse/marpe . Of course results undeniably. But of course Marpe / mse would be easier and less stressful/ expensive process and I don’t need to be the some perfect model I just wanna get to htn so what do you think brother??

ye your maxilla already fused you need marpe to open it but it wont move bones its just only gives you wider palate which is helpful for mewing but thats it

ye marpe is a good thing the difference between marpe and mse is when they put marpe to your palate they put screw to your palate and this open suture palate which is closed at your age and before you go to ortodonic you have to know that you will need braces after marpe
