nasolabial, undereye, cheek, piriform fossa but this is quite autistic in terms of maintenance cost

Filler is all about manipulating light and shadows. If you want to create the illusion of having more projection of your maxilla, you should focus on adding volume into the medial cheek, the malar fat pad, the piriform fossa, and the piriform aperture.

It's hard to judge without a picture, but you could possibly have all these areas treated with 2ML of product, in total. Depending on the viscosity of the filler, the results could last up to twelve months. 2ML of filler, once a year, won't break the bank.

It's not going to achieve the same results as a surgical procedure would yield, but it's still a good solution.
