Recessed maxilla - Which fillers?

Yeah, I have a recessed maxilla. Having a recessed maxilla fucks many things up.
I cant get lefort 2 as for now and I cant get implants like infraorbital rim implant etc.
Which fillers do I need besides under eye filler?

i would personally recommend orthodontic headgear, it looks alot better than fillers and implants when it comes to that area. trust me results are great
