Yayyyy finally i know why im so chopped, cosmetic surgeon told me my maxilla was recessed and my teeth don’t line up like they should do, finally i can stop coping and save up for lefort 1

i will move to iceland, work 1 year my ass off when i’m 18, live at a friend of my sisters place for free, get 3-4k every month, and surgerymaxx before i turn 20 probably
