i have a narrow palate at 14 how can i make it wider and what does a wider palate do for my face bc i have seen multiple things on what it can and cant do

a wider palate at your age will generally just increase every facet of your face because it will adapt. not so much when your face stops growing at ~17-18 years old tho so if youre gonna get a expander do it now.

better eye area, enhanced nasolabial folds, better jaw, increased midface width, not to mention the quality of life increase because it will open up your airways
