Recessed Maxilla

My maxilla is recessed. Is there any way to project it. Im only asking to try to avoid surgery im gonna check my sutures and if they are still open or slightly open what can i do for the maximum amount of maxillary projection. And is there any thread on maxilla projection?

Losing fat in general makes you look better but this does not mean that you'll look similar to someone that has a projected maxilla, you just won't look more recessed than you actually are.

u will look less recessed. The reason why recessions look bad and look like shit is cuz u got fat that fills in the areas since your bones arent making enough area for the fat. So u end up often with quite a chubby face and cheeks, or looking very subhuman.

Things like philtrum being larger, jawline not showing, skin not being tight around the maxilla can be fixed by just twinkmaxxing.
