I have a recessed Maxilla, but i'm only 14 and i'm a late boomer. I heard of many people saying puberty is gonna fix it, but i dont know if its true, because some others say puberty is not going to do much. If not, is there anything do fix my recessed Maxilla or make it atleast better? (I'm sorry if my english is bad, ain't my first language)

Not gonna change it much but make sure you're mewing 99% of the time and during sleep (use mouth tape). Nothing else you can really do for a recessed maxilla without surgery, but you can also get reverse pull headgear along with a palate expander to open sutures and get more maxilarry projection

Ask ur orthodontists for a bamp device or reverse head gear. bamp device is better and it basically just has constant pressure on the maxilla pulling forward. Since ur maxilla is recessed theres a strong chance u have a narrow palate, so ask ur orthodontist if u can get a palate expander aswell. this will help u nose breathe while u sleep so u dont make ur maxilla worse. dont expect crazy results if u do get this, dont expect cm of forward growth, you will prob get max 5-8mm. also remember to have good posture.
