Recessed maxilla

Has anyone geniunely fixed a recessed maxilla via softmaxx. Like even if they were 13. Is it really possible to drastically change the bone formation, even from a teenager to someone that looks like they have been nosebreatign for their entire life. My nose if fucking crooked and has a huge dorsal bump. I’ve checked everything. It just says tongue posture chewing hard body posture maybe even fucking humming. I obviously do a lot more than just this or actually maybe not that much. I’m not bothered thumbpulling it’s really gay, like imagine having a thumb in ur mouth 1 hour out of the day if u actually wanna see results. I’ve never seen good comparisons from someone changing there maxilla to an actual desirable postion from a very low point. Even if they started at 10 years old.
