My maxilla is recessed, and there's no way to correct it unless you're below 9, I believe. My friends say thumb pulling works. It's been 4 months and no change in anything. Is there any other way to correct it naturally without going to an ortho? If I must go to an ortho or surgeon, what surgery/treatment do I get?

If you're going to an ortho or surgeon. Lefort is the best scenario

15 but im still growing,im 6,1 and should grow to 6,5 if that affects anything
well maybe your bones will change im 16 and my bone structure actually improved since i was 15

atm i have a retainer to correct my mandibles recession and its working well but i dont know if my ortho will fix the maxilla asw
how does retainer help mandible to goet more forward isnt it just to keep teeth straight?
