I know that this is a very old thread but if anyone is reading this-
is this thing actually possible? Cause I am a candidate of forward (ATLEAST average) grown maxilla but recessed infraorbitals. Now I'm not sure if I have recessed infraorbitals, it might just be a combination of lack of fat pads, thin skin and hyperpigmentation combined w other skin abnormalities. I have seen countless people with deep-set, good undereye support but terrible maxillas. I can post examples if anyone asks for it.

bro that's the thing. I don't think i have a bad upper maxilla. I think it's average. Yet my dark circles and tear trough is one of the worst in the world. I have good cheekbones. I'm extremely fat (borderline obese atleast) rn so my cheekbones don't have much projection but when i'm leaner, they r very well projected. My maxillary triangle is also very close to 45 degrees which is the ideal.
