Recessed zygos/upper maxilla

Bad angle, i know. But my zygos/upper maxilla concerns me the most. Could someone give me any tips to fix that. Im leaning towards softmax more. Im 15 and started puberty a few months ago, I hope thats still fixable.

not fixable at all through natural things by any means.

Surgery is gonna be the only way, through implants, osteotomys are way too limited.
