Im 15 and got a recessed mandible and maxilla with an overbite and narrow palate, what could i get that would help me, softmaxes or hardmaxes i dont really care i just need a solution that will help me in the coming years

Softmaxxing won’t fix recessed jaws or a narrow palate since that’s bone structure, mewing is the only softmaxx for that. (wont fix but can help)

The real options are orthodontic treatment (braces/aligners, sometimes expansions) and in more severe cases a double jaw surgery

Best things you can do is getting a proper orthodontic + maxillofacial evaluation (ceph scan) to see what your options are
