I’m 41
years old and have recently went to the orthodontist for an appointment to assess braces. I have moderate overcrowding and after these X-rays they gave me a Carriere Motion Appliance to fix my Class ii overjet. I went to the ENT a couple years ago due to being hit in the face and having breathing problems out a side of my nose, and so now I’m coming to think I need septoplasty.
My airways probably ruined and I just look horrible.
Any tips, the ortho said it’s over I need surgery, how do I look better?
