I’m getting my hair curled again in about a month, and the acne is mostly from test stress and ACT prep.

I'm planning to deal with the scarring soon—I’ve got multiple Rejuran microneedling sessions starting July 25, and I’ll probably make a thread once I finish all of them.

Right now I’m using Tazarotene, 20% azelaic acid, and I recently increased my Accutane dose from 20 mg to 40 mg daily.

From the side, fully relaxed—I was wondering if you guys noticed any clear recession. I took a picture with the back camera from around 4 feet away while I was out running errands. I’ve been thinking about paranasal implants because I’ve noticed some dark lines near that area.

To me, it looks like it could be recession, along with some hyperpigmentation and maybe early wrinkling over time. - Getting CBCT shortly; want predictions

I’ve been considering a high-cut Le Fort I with BSSO, since I think that combination would help a lot. Before that, I’ll need to get my wisdom teeth removed because of where they make the cuts for double jaw surgery. I’m planning to do that soon, and it’s covered by insurance.

DJS, paranasal implants, and jaw angle implants—increases my bigonial. That should also add around half an inch to maybe an 3/4 of ramus length. Ideally all of these will be and can be done at once; I might also do a minor rhinoplasty—possibly with a small bone graft to raise the bridge and improve projection—but I’m not sure that’ll even be necessary if the advancement does enough. I will address the eye area / lips / and forehead a different time while simultaneously working on my misc. (teeth composites, gyno, skin, etc.). and ang. on roids aswell

My sister actually has a similar side profile, but her projection is noticeably better—her craniofacial structure just comes forward and upward more. I wouldn’t want to reduce tip rotation on my nose since my philtrum is already short, and I think that would make my face look more feminine, which I already feel is somewhat the case since my facial angularity is on the lower side.

I think you already know what to do, you figured out everything I would've said myself.
You just need a better jaw angle, and more maxilliary projection (facial definition), along with maybe some infraorbital implants and more squinting.

radix implants or browridge implants fro supras could benefit you
I really agree with the supra as well, might add, with implants, but radix is tricky, and there are better ways to go about it at times rather than altering the actual radix, like the brow ridge or the nose bridge. Rhino will help, yk.

I don't want to be aspie and ask for a rate, but where would you say my side is currently sitting rn if I drop to 10% BF?

Yeah but the 35° tilt between nose bridge and radix just looks terribly off, could be your ICR ratio looking off but if your were a female your browridge wouldve been ideal

Extremely feminine, I know, but I just don't see much ROI in altering radix, with a lot possibly going wrong, plus my sister and dad have the same nose, so they would be disappointed asf. Supras with infra is something I will definitely look into, though.
