Recession in maxilla

Soo ive been bonesmashing for around 4 months now, idc if its cope or not, i did work for me bcz of the temporary inflamation, it made my zygos look better, but my maxilla is recessed, and my undereye area is trash, no infra orbital support, so bonesmashing doesnt even help there, what can i do to fraud it, accept surgery obv. For surgery i need to money max first

bonesmashing doesn’t work, maxilla recession is forever and can’t be fixed without surgery ur undereye and no infra support comes because of a narrow and recessed maxilla, in ur case it’s recessed, u can’t fraud a good maxilla nga
