How can i bring my mandible forward?
I turned 18 a few days ago.
My chin was more recessed a few months ago but i bonesmashed it a few times and it grew. Other than that it came forward itself too. Should i just bonesmash? I have been trying hard mewing from some weeks and its giving me some results too, i can see my face changing, like my nose becoming straighter (its roman). Anyways how can i improve my mandible? Please suggest non surgical ways. My mandible and nose is the only thing thats giving me a hard time with my side profile. Please help me out!

bonesmashing will barely do anything post a full pic of ur face next time not just ur mandible and get a nose job for ur nose but post a pic, androgens might help u but read this before roiding

To bring the mandible forward, orthodontics is really the only answer. Surgery too of course

You could try roiding but obviously there is a lot of conflicting data and some people say it grew their facial bones, some say it ruined their life, so it's a bit of a gamble. If that doesnt work out you can always save for surgery.
