there was a time when wages in western europe were 30x higher than poland

fast forward a few decades, now spain only 3x higher and france only 4x higher, poland has made huge progress. if things keep going like this it may reach parity with western europe

in fact eastern european countries wages have gone hypebolic, they've tripled since 2000, whereas france and germany only register a 50% increase. this might be due in part to no immigration. businesses cannot use cheap illegal labor and are forced to hire and pay polish workers a decent wage
