Tomorrow I'm going for the haircut , I think for my wide and short face , I should make the sides shorter and leave more on the top , also buzcut is not a solution since I have barely any angularity because of the bloat

Yes it it , so much water and fat , my bloat genetics are truecel tier

When I'm not bloated ,. I can look decent at least , but I need to put so much effort to not gain bloat

That's not a huge deal, you have great hair density and a square forehead, you could pull off haircuts exposing your hairline , you don't have to fraud at the corners of the hairline thankfully

You need let go of those sideburns, they look horrible and you already have very high bizygomatic width compined with relatively short interpupillary distance

Your face is wide and short as you said, you could make it visually less so by getting a haircut that has sides that gradually widen as they go up, like this

On the top to make your face visually longer you could get a pompadour

or a quiff
