Some pics post rhinoplasty. Should i go DJS or genio?
How i see my problem:
- As a result of having a crossbite for 25 years, everything down from my eyebrows is slightly recessed and the symmetry is a bit fucked up. I also have a slight horseface.
- Long, thin, effiminate neck. Not planning to do anything about it though.
- Weird shaped head
- My hair cut in these pictures sucks
Would DJS be worth the risk in my case? I honestly have no clue. I’ve been told that there are always real risks of nerve damage involved in a double jaw surgery. But that was told to me by a surgeon working in the public healthcare, and he was trying to weasel his way out of being a lazy, cheap fuck who was leaving me untreated, so i really don’t know.
I was thinking genio might be the safer alternative, but is it enough tho? Bringing my chin forwards is a bad idea, it would only make my face look even longer. Bringing it a bit forwards and rotating it would be the right move. It wouldn’t solve my recessed midface, but in case i got some extra money some day i could maybe get cheek fillers or something.
