I regret not going from online to offline earlier. Online games are made to be addictive and it's sort of a doomscrolling. It's cool if you play with friends but a waste of time alone. I'm playing my 1st offline game right now, TW3, and it feels way better than the endless games online.

And do you get anything out them? I didn't. Story-based games do teach you things, can inspire you, and are healthier for your brain as they are not nuked attention-span like most online games are.

Same here yh, but it’s time to move on. Mind you that I sometimes played online just to please my friends, and I wasn’t enjoying it one single bit. But now I set boundaries, and I live for myself (not in a selfish way tho) but prioritizing myself first and foremost. Especially my psyche/mental.
