how cheap are you looking for? g17s and g19s are the basic answer but theyre always solid for a starter pistol but idk if id call them cheap, theyre not expensive though

if you want to carry for self defense get a simple but useful gun like g19 or g26

if you want to go shooting I like the CZ-USA Shadow 2, Sig Sauer P210 or the H&K VP9-B
