Recommend me tattoo to cover my stretch marks from gymcelling

I already have a sleeve on one of my arms which extends to this shoulder area

I am very happy with my tattoo and got many compliments on it

This 2nd tattoo I'd like to get is purely for looksmaxxing - i just think that tattoo will look much better than the stretch marks.

I don't want to get another sleeve
