You can check results of a lot of people from reddit. I will not share my results. But I got big improvements in my jaw and nose. My nose from side looks perfect rn. I listen to them everyday for around 30mins to hour but just listening isn't enough you have to 100% believe in them and you have to stop negative talks towards yourself. You have to reprogram your brain
