IV glutha+raw meat+blast glutha and carentenoids for golden glow (carrots, squash, watermelon, sun dried tomatoes, guava and plenty of raw animal fat and meat)

Otoplasty

Jaw angle implants+IMDO

Genio and OSseus Genio for chin height

Neck training

Testosterone+IGf-1 would give similar results if in puberty

Ur hormonal profile looks very average, mirin narrow temples tho
