Fixed:
jaw width (fixable with implants)
eyebrow lowering (botox or transplant?)
hairline lowering (maybe haircut would be proper to cover forehead)
slight upper ear correction

Maybe extra zygo implants (respecting ratio to jaw width 0.9)

Your n°1 priority should be to get leaner, so then you can properly assess what's up with your jaw.

To be honest with you, I don't think you have the potential to reach CL (top 1% face and above). Set more reasonable goals for yourself. For example, being a healthy-looking, slightly above average dude.

Below is what you may look like after leaning out + hairline lowering + septo(rhino?)plasty + otoplasty :

I could have thrown in some infraorbital fat grafting too.
I tried to follow the outline of your actual jawline, but jaw angles that sharp may be a tad optimistic ; we can't tell how they will look until you have actually shed enough facial fat. Besides, maybe will you need surgical help to truly fix the submental region (lipo, submentoplasty, etc.).
Anyway, does it look like a top 1% / CL face to you ?

I pushed the morphing a bit further by getting you even leaner/sharper and by fixing flaws that you won't be able to address through surgical means (larger mouth, longer and better shaped eyebrows, slightly improved eye shape). This is not meant to depict a realistic goal/outcome.

I'm not a reliable rater ; however, if I had to give it a try, I would say this is a legit HTN face. Maybe not making it to CL-tier, due to a lack of striking features and suboptimal eye color. I could be wrong though.

Thanks for the effort.

Yeah, my infras are poor too.

I visited some local doctors, but they are not trained to differentiate faces on the PSL scale, which made it difficult for me to tell them exactly what I wanted. I am now creating a document so that next time we can speak the same language.

Wanted lypo on the neck, but they said osteotomy would suit me better (but they said I look good regardless jfl). Maybe even consider facelift bcs being lower bodyfat than now brought very little difference (was 82kg now 89).

I will use your photos to discuss with them what is possible to do.

Why would he somehow have that jaw from leaning out and even lipo, i mean we would need a ct scan to see for sure but from my limited knowledge and having seen faces and ct scan of many people his jaw wouldnt have close to that shape after leaning out.
