Not really afraid, as my implant is not that big and I had so much in savings that I could afford a very good surgeon.

If your esr is 47% your likely ok and just need a trimax and implants as long as you don’t have an elongated appearance

No its just my PFL is 32mm

Why tf would I get trimax? No doctor would operate on me except some Turkish butcher. None of my maxilla ratios are unideal, and my mandible is only mildly recessed, which does not require corrective surgery and can be mitigated with implants, which I am already doing.
