Recommendations for getting testosterone (and other hormones) tested?

I want to get my T levels (total T and free T) tested. I also want to test DHT, SHBG, prolactin, estrogen, and others if these tests aren’t too expensive.

MPMD recommends high-sensitivity testing.

Do you guys have recommendations and anecdotes for which testing companies and what types of tests are the best?

Why? Isn’t high sensitivity good for detecting subhuman low T? Low sensitivity may not be sensitive enough to detect trace amounts of T floating in subhuman male blood.
