Recommendations on whatv I should take?

I really want to get taller. Right now I’m only taking supplements because of money but am open to recommendations on peptides. I take a multivitamin, calcium supplement, and royal jelly supplement. I have a2 colostrum powder otw.

I’m 5”6’ at 14 btw (ik it’s prob over)

none of those help with growth btw for natty suplements.

Here is my natural supplements I take as an 18 year old man who has recently reached 5'10 and growth plates are still not closed.

Vitamin C - 2500mg Vitamin K2 + D3 - idk just one of them, Magnesium - 250 mg, Zinc - 50mg and multivitamins.

I workout every single day, doing pushups and pullups.

i swapped pushups for dips
Valid, I do both, recently started decline pushups for better gains, slow and controlled reps. I also have a dumbell so i use that for my arms.

my dad is 5'8 my mom is 5'5" im 5'10.5
you could be 6
same lmfao. my dad is 5'8 mom is 5'1 and im 5'10 i think grandparents genetics matter a lot too, like my moms dad is tall.

me too my moms dad is about 6'2, im 16.1 years old i could hopefully grow more

I’ve had soccer practice every day which is intense but only go to the gym 3 times a week rn till the season ends. I think all of those vitamins are in the supplements i have but i’ll look into those since i think it’s prob better to get individual ones instead of a multivitamin.
