The more adapted a species is to a food the less inflammatory it will be. You'll have people telling you all sorts of things because diet is ideological and political these days, but you should just stick to that one simple biological principle. For how long have my ancestors been eating this food? Has it been modified/engineered by humans? Is it local to the environment for which I am adapted, or imported?

Just eat food that doesnt have additive slop and doesnt have much ingridients. Eating sweet shit like melon or greek yogurt with honey isnt a sin. Or eating banana egg pancake with greek yogurt. Delicious shit.

But enjoy ur tasteless eggs and raw meat
