recommended diet for 15m

I'm 15m 5'8 and a half i weigh 132lbs slightly chubby and i wanna get lean/muscular lean. I average 2000-2100 calories a day (massive ik) but i wanna have a set diet before i cut calories. any suggestions???

metal pipes, veggies, carbs, protein (you know the rest), 2.4k calories from now on. Cardio to compensate, eat clean and lift.

theres no way your 5'8 132 and chubby as that falls closer to underweight than overweight on the BMI chart. Unless you mean that your cheeks are just puffy and you shouldn't be cutting too many calories if you decide to cut since your still in puberty.

i mean i used to weigh like 200lbs like 2 years ago and i still have bf i wanna remove

Whatever your mom cooks, just be a good kid with low cortisol theory

thats great man but make sure its a gradual process dont be cut too many calories because i assume you still wanna grow.

Lots of milk, Lots of meat, in order of red meat, fish, and then chicken. avoid leafy greens, they serve no nutrional purpose to you, eat fruits for carbs, and try to stay away from any grains. use butter not oil, dont cook your red meat past medium rare. You can also eat stuff like cheese. Dont eat any hyperprocessed garbage.

mom usually doesn't i lowk starvemaxx at home but my grandma makes really good food so i overeat that
Tough, just learn how to cook i guess. It's a win-win: You get to have more choice about what you eat and start to become a bit more independent and your mom is happy she doesn't always have to cook.

guess i never really thought of it like that ill invest some time into learning
