No, infras matter just as much as the rest of the maxilla tbh, without them your eyes can't be deep-set (unless in rare cases)

when it gets to surgery, I have no education on it. Best you can do is maybe get some orthodontic device that pulls the maxilla forward (since infras are part of the maxilla)

fat graft because the implants in infras are secured by weak skin which is under ur eyelid so its high infection rate and tons of other bullshit can happen do ur research but i wouldnt do implants there ngl too risky

yeah, I have some bad infras, they're low and recessed as shit. I'm pretty cooked since my UEE is pretty bad, Idk if puberty can save infras since it only grows by 2% each year.
