Received an email today from Morgan McKinley's career insights newsletter stating that studies show 79% of recruiters let AI make the first call when it comes to hiring.

You may be thinking: What does this mean for my chances of getting hired?

The answer is that you need to differentiate yourself from every other candidate possible more than ever before.

You may now be thinking: How do I go about doing that?

There are a couple tips I can give here.

1) You must make yourself human.

AI does not understand real human interactions as it is not a human. Simple as. The best advice I can give is to circumvent the AI protocol by emailing hiring managers directly to apply for jobs. It shows you have balls and it shows that you are human, something which a lot of applications do not show as many people are using AI to write their resumes/CVs nowadays, something which you should not even consider now as it means you are just apart of the group of retards who don't have the effort to write their own resumes/CVs. Hiring Managers don't want to hire lazy fuckers so don't be a lazy fucker.

2) Stop being scared of rejection.

This is obviously easier said than done, but you need to just get out there and stop worrying about what could go wrong. Worst comes to worst you get rejected and that's it. You just go onto the next job application. As I said in my previous point, you need to demonstrate that you have balls.

If anybody has any questions for getting jobs in certain fields, I will try to assist as best I can.

I will probably come back to this thread to add more tips and more information as I think of it.

Hope this was useful :)
