Red blemishes on my face

I have no idea why I have this and I am looking for help and a solution. I have the red skin patches on my cheeks and don't know why they are there. I'm scared that if I don't treat it now it will get worse. It looks like a pink patch with small red veins showing.

I chose these pictures from google that look the most similar because my shitty phone camera doesn't pick it up while taking pictures.
