red eyes on accutane

i look like death 24/7 because of my red eyes, and i apply lumify eyedrops like 5 times a day. i even ordered high concentration brimonidine tartrate eye drops from india because lumify isn’t effective enough now.

anyone have better solutions?

60mg. i know it’s a high dose which is why my sides are moderate

its dry eyes, common side effect but you have to treat it as a separate problem altogether as simply lowering doses usually isnt enough. artificial tears and warm compresses can help

Dude your not suppose to apply Lumify eye drops more than 3 times a day

You do realize the eye drops have a 6-8 hour half life ?
so with this information if your eyes are getting red again after 2-3 Horus, you need to figure out the underlying cause of it
