There is scientific literature indicating it helps - up to debate that there hadn't been any other factors involved in the results obtained and the type of device that you can use by yourself.

I haven't seen anyone show relevant results of red light therapy as a stand alone treatment for hairloss.
The time and money that you use for this could be invested in other treatments that are more evidence-supported and more likely to give you better results. Past that point, I might consider the red light therapy as a complement.

I'm on fin, minox, ketoconazole and will start dermarolling soon. thanks red light dosen't seem wroth the investment

getting a IR and near IR lamp from amazon is like 40 bucks

super easy to put it in a lamp by your bed and blast it on your scalp/face for twenty minutes a day plus it feels really good

not too much downside, just dont pay some kike scammer for red light therapy treatments at a spa or something and do it yourself
