Red light therapy doesnt work

If you buy a red light therapy machine it wont work.

There isnt enough watt for the light to reach the dermis

I bought one of these but I doubt it can work since its too low wattage. You need a professional machine with tons of watt for it reach deep enough into the dermis.

This one only has 22W in total

Getting sunlight is free Red Light therapy. Don't pay for that garbage scam. Replace your LED lights with incandescents tho
