Anyone have experiences with red light therapy? Masks, light stands, and the other forms of it, is it cope? I’ve heard so much good stuff about it but I have mixed feelings about it and I’m down to buy one and try but I want to know if anyone has good or bad experiences with it whether or not it’s cope.
