My dads friend has some connections so anyways we got one of those near infrared redlight panels at home now for free. It costs like 1500 dollars maybe? Can shine blue light red light and near infrared.

Should i use it, and if so in what way?

i know its old post but you should 100% be leaving your eyes open the whole time, RLT is shown to improve vision and eye health

for OP red light is fire, have u been doing it consistently?

Hey, i havent been that consistent. But started being consistent like 4-5times a week for like 2 weeks now.

Have u been using it? Personally I wanna get rid of red hyperpigmentation and under eye rings. Do u have some advice?

I use this thing. Find out what wavelength your lamp has because your face needs a certain length.
In three weeks I noticed a noticeable tightening of the skin and improvement in quality

There’s no proof that it’s good for the eyes and an uneccesarry risk to look into a light that bright for an extended amount of time. Pretty dangerous

Okay, its red + NIR. Idk about wavelength. Will check tmr

hes trolling red light therapy will melt your eyes off lmao, youre meant to wear a special type of goggles with them, most rlt devices come with them and if they don’t they’re super cheap

but yea op you’re lucky as fuck those huge ass panels are crazy good for you. get into the habit of using one it’ll boost your skin quality like crazy. not just that but it has a pretty decent amount of health improvement effects, can’t remember them cause i use a $40 red light lamp just for my face so i didn’t care to look into it but you should.

thats good keep it up. i assume ur young and so am i so we wont really notice much to be honest, its more for old farts with dogshit health, but its still great for preventivie purposes. i have 2 full body panels so i just blast my whole body for 12 mins. only "advice" id say is do NOT listen to these retards about the eye stuff, it is 1000% safe for your eyes lmao just do like 1 basic google search and people have seen great improvements with their vision when looking directly into the light

bro youre a retard if you think red light will melt your eyes off lmao humans have been looking directly at red light during sunrise and sunset since the beginning of time and theres countless studies and people in subreddits etc saying how its improved their vision. stop being a NPC

Name a singular study where red light therapy improves the eyesight in young men
im not gonna comb through studies just go ask chatgpt to find you one or like i said go do any other research maybe on the r/redlighttherapy subreddit and youll see everyone saying how their vision has improved . idk why ur dying on this hill, NIR is literally invisible to the naked eye

I wonder if it can change eyecolor jfl. Probs not i guess. But I would give everything to have my hazel green version of my eyes in all lightings

nigga WE have not been looking straight into the sun all this time, I glance to see the time of day and you sunstare like a retard, probably just like the generations of retarded men before you did .

positive changes in vision from RLT are usually in people 40+, done ONCE a week and also usually have the supervision of a professional because this shit, like i said, will FUCK up your eyes if you do it incorrectly. doing RLT for skin and heath is totally different from its effects on vision, op don’t sacrifice your eyes because of some fag, if you want to do it for your vision speak to someone who knows what they are doing.
