I did my first pin of testerone in monday and did another pin yesterday.
I woke up this morning with like a painful lump or spot next to my nipple.
Is this something bad?
How do i stop it?

It could be the early stages of gyno from excess estrogen, so if possible, take something to manage your estrogen, and if not, it could just be an injection, so cool compress it for now.

try to take aromasin or arimidex as soon as possible and after a week or two it continues to get worse try to get your bloods done as soon as possible

I already have anastraloze( arimidex) on hand. Im gonna be taking 0.25mg every 3.5 days. 2 weeks after my first pin

Okay thanks. I also feel like i may be developing stretch marks on my shoulder. Do you know how to mitigate it or stop it from happening.
