don’t eat too much because of the high iron content. High iron causes aging therefore a diet high in red meat isn’t good long term. But tbh what’s more important than red or not is processed or not. You should limit processed meats and processed foods in general

I'm 23 eat 200g of red meat every single day used to be 400g until recently and have been doing so ever since I was 16, raw when it's from a good source

beef is good to get the saturated fats cholesterol and amino acids you need but it's nothing magical wont change your life these guys are trying to sell products

if you want to reduce the iron absorption by like 50% eat it while drinking milk my ferritin is low

If your ferritin is low then you definitely don’t need to worry about high iron.

our ancestors didnt eat this shitty red meat u buy in the supermarket, not only that but meat was around 50% of the diet calories and of these 50% like half are from organs

ive been eating red meat for 2 years and im recessed and still look like shit. Its all genetics
