red nose after exercising

my nose and the area around it turns red whenever i exercise or irritate it

how can i fix it

if its due to bloodflow (like ur skin turns red whenu get embarassed), theres nothing u can do,
if its a skin problem id just start with some thick moisturise cream everyday + when the skin gets irritated (cus it sounds like the skin gets irritated due to being dry) and maybe drink more water
